Our PoliciesOrdering / Shipping
Orders can be place through the website, email or by phone. All prices are in Canadian dollars. Our orders are shipped Monday to Friday via Canada Post. If the order is large, it may be shipped through UPS. All orders are shipped within 1-3 days, depending on the size of the order. If it will be any longer, we will contact you.
International orders, please email us for a shipping quote.
We currently accept Paypal, checks, and money orders. If payment is made by cheque, your shipment will be held until the payment has cleared the bank. We do not accept COD orders.
If the product ordered is not in stock, we will let you know when the product will be available. We do not ship partial orders unless otherwise specified.
Due to the nature of personal products, no returns or exchanges can be accepted, unless the product shipped was damaged or was supplied incorrectly. For shipping errors, please contact us at 613-323-7415 or email at email@example.com. If a shipment is refused and returned without our prior approval, shipping charges both ways plus a 15% restocking fee will be charged. Please contact us if you have any concerns or questions regarding our products.
We pack all our shipments very carefully to ensure the safe arrival of your products, however damage during shipping can happen from time to time. Please contact us immediately if you receive a damaged shipment. Contact us at 613-323-7415 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Here at Kikko Soapworks, we respect your privacy. All customer information is confidential and will not be shared with anyone ever. We will only use your information for shipping/billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing your order, we will use this information to contact you.
